LUCKY HOOK PRIVATE CHARTER CANCELLATION POLICY
A specified deposit amount is required for each charter when booking online. Any remaining balance is expected to be paid in full on the day of the charter.
There is a 5-day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 5 days prior to the departure day and time, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer less a processing fee of 6% of the deposit. If a cancellation is made within 5 days of departure day and time, the customer will be billed the deposit for that charter. The Captain reserves the right to cancel up to departure time due to unsafe or adverse weather conditions. If the captain cancels due to weather, an attempt to re-book the trip can occur if the customer’s schedule allows or the deposit will be refunded in full less a processing fee of 6% of the deposit.
No refunds for no shows. All sales are final.
LUCKY LADY PARTY BOAT CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 3-day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 3 days prior to the departure day and time, a refund is given subject to a processing fee of 6% of the total cost of the trip. If a cancellation is made within 3 days of departure day and time, the customer will be charged the full amount of trip. The Captain reserves the right to cancel up to departure time due to unsafe or adverse weather conditions. If the captain cancels due to weather, an attempt to re-book the trip can occur if the customer’s schedule allows or a refund is given subject to a processing fee of 6% of the total cost of the trip.
Reserving your ticket online does not guarantee we sail; the Lucky Lady must have 10 passengers to sail. No refunds for no shows. All sales are final.

Make sure that you bring along food, beverages, sunglasses and sunscreen, a light jacket and hat, foul weather gear, non-marking soft sole shoes, and don’t forget cameras and coolers for your catch. Dramamine or other motion sickness medication should be taken the night before your trip and again in the morning when you wake.

For the Lucky Hook the US Coast Guard regulations only allow 6 passengers on board whether they are fishing or not.
For the Lucky Lady the US Coast Guard regulations only allow 80 passengers on board whether they are fishing or not. -
We do have a functioning head as well on the boats. Though we suggest using the bathroom before the trip, which is located at our place of departure.

Yes, you can keep your catch as long as it meets state regulations. We will expertly fillet your fish for you (Except Porgies). You will receive your cleaned and filleted catch in a plastic bag, which can be frozen or cooked immediately.

Our mates work hard to ensure that you have a good day. The customary tip is generally 20% of the charter fee.

Beer (as well as soft drinks) can be brought onboard in cans/plastic bottles only. Hard Liquor is not allowed.
